What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

5.7, slightly better than yesterday. Hopeful that adjusting my evening protein snack can bring it a little lower.

Team D I'm your biggest fan - well slightly above average height and below average weight for a UK male but let's not quibble over technicalities. @RoughcutAU and @PenguinMum but did you enjoy those meals? @DEBBIESCOTT you don't really "get" the concept of rest do you? I can explain it to you but I'm sorry I can't understand it for you:angelic: I'm still struggling with helping JKP through Heraclitus “No man ever steps in the same river twice, for it's not the same river and he's not the same man.” so that will have to wait.:D

Tested this morning and FBG was 4.8, didn't believe it so tested again, 5.1. Nothing different from any other day, except I got up at 6:00 when for the past few weeks I have been getting up between 8 and 9, Surely it cannot be as simple as that.

Good morning
Libre 8.4
Contour 6.2
new sensor on Saturday, yesterday reading 2+ higher all day, so annoying if this continues I’ll be calling Abbotts tonight
Pt at 8am before work
Have a good day everyone

5.1 today and 5.2 yesterday. Stress is a wonderful thing :). Have a great day everybody

6.9 - Well, that’s amazing, considering the “naughty” stuff I ate in a Greek restaurant yesterday. Just to add we had a four hour lunch. Yasuo! Pleased with those numbers.

Greetings Team D. Swipey is in bed just now since Abbott will need all the strength they can muster to ward off the ferocious DD - thanks for that little gem @Estragon. So, Greek food is the way forward eh? lamb and octopus are good. We have "found" a little slice of heaven in a hotel appropriately named The Elysium - November sun in Greek part of Cyprus:woot::woot:. Go Team D in the best way for you - no better or worse ways, just different.
