Well new libre sensor assures me that my fbg this morning was 5.2 and as I have run out of strips for the Tee2 I shall have to take it's word for that. and put a face on it.

Good Morning everyone. Beautiful day again but wrap up! 6.8 this morning after going to bed on an 8.4. So a great surprise. The reason for my 8.4? I found a box of mini ice creams at the back of the freezer and I leave it to your imagination. That'll teach me!

Tested this morning and FBG was 4.8, didn't believe it so tested again, 5.1. Nothing different from any other day, except I got up at 6:00 when for the past few weeks I have been getting up between 8 and 9, Surely it cannot be as simple as that.

@RosemaryJackson if you haven’t found them yet, Tesco and Morrison’s do boxes of 4 carb killer ice cream bars, from memory they are start at 3 carbs each depending on flavour.
