4.4 today might be because I had very little to eat yesterday plus I had a certain beverage before bed just to cheer me up. I have my cholesterol test in 4 days and having checked with my own cholesterol tester, I know my LDL is going to be really high. Now the question is do I hack my cholesterol (eat lots of calories for 3 days) to bring it down a little or do I say enough's enough!
