What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

Morning all. My serum blood glucose level from yesterday's tests was 5.2. This article suggests I multiply that by 1.1 and add on some due to the time lapse. The sample was taken around 11.15 am so fasted apart from tea with almond milk and coffee with cream and s/f caramel syrup. I'm not a fan of the estimated 5.7 but bearing in mind the context I'll just smile and wave. Have your best day chums.

Hope you’re feeling ok
I’d be estatic with a 5.7

6.3 - Recently this is a rare success for me. However, yesterday was another success, I ate a banana and cornflakes and shot up to 14.1, but then, 4.5 hours later, down to a very acceptable 6.0 - not too shabby huh!?

Oh yes, ALL the Paint n Dec, double glazers, roofers, plumbers, and other hanger-ons, have departed Castile Estragon. Gradually getting back our humble fiefdom.
