I’m on antibiotics for 10 days, they seem to lower b/s just as effectively as gliclazide

Stress doesn’t affect b/s, but not eating 5-6 times a day raises it
Can’t do anything strenuous & not going back to work or the gym till new year

Morning all. I just crept in under the hateful 8's with a FBG of 7.9. A bit ****** really as I went to bed with a BG at 6.7
