What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

FBG was around 6.3 this morning. If anyone is still following my teeth moans and complaints just to update. I visited the dentist today and he has finally removed the two teeth that I had been grinding slack. He has also fitted the new palate that was made to fill the gaps. (Not sure I like wearing a palate but we shall see)
I also got an explanation for the pain I have been having, apparently the abscess I had hadn't completely resolved. Dentist reckons now the tooth is removed the abscess should sort itself out. I hope so I was getting totally fed up with the pain. Bloods were 6.8 when I got back home but dentist said to expect an increase in glucose levels because of the release of adrenaline plus I think he also said that the injections had adrenaline in them as well. He said that as my bloods come down, I may experience the wobbles and feel very tired. So far everything ok but then again gums are still anaesthetized. Happily dribbling a cup of tea at the moment. Lets see if blood levels start to steady in the next few days. I am hoping so.

EDITED to add: Information leaflet says do not have hot drinks in the first 24 hrs. Oops too late.

FBG 6.3 this morning possibly expecting somewhere like that after yesterday plus its my turn to make the dessert at the lunch club and whilst I usually get the OH to do any tasters, I did try a couple of in your mouth then spit outs - I know too much information! and please do not picture it, might put you off for the day and I would wish you to have a good one. Blessings all - still thinking of @Estragon today.

Considering I have a stinky migraine that has not shifted and gradually went from a normal niggle headache to full blow migraine after my workout yesterday, 7.1 this morning. After eating 4 slices of bread and two apples and various other naughty stuff and the discomfort that is still there, 7.1 is not a bad result I guess.
