Monday morning 80 mg /dL 4.44 mmol/L.

Agreed you shouldn't feel ashamed. I am rapidly discovering levels go up and down for no apparent reason irrespective of diet. Even when doing your best with food the levels seem to show the opposite. Anyway a burger in a bun with lettuce once in a while should not be a reason to feel ashamed.Don't beat yourself up and certainly no need to be ashamed . I had a nightmare stressful shifts over the weekend and I turned to food ate a shed load of carbs . I am annoyed at myself but back on trying today .
Its not that bad, lots of things contribute to dicey fbg. I am an expert in the profanities that accompany a pants fbg and a 7.2 is not that bad from my experience7.2 this morning. No comment.
I am also becoming an expert at profanities when the usual but unexpected high result comes up on my meter. Far too polite to mention my initial thoughts on here but many times I have been milliseconds away from making my meter airborne not to mention throwing those expensive little measuring sticks that always lie to me out of the window. Its not that bad, lots of things contribute to dicey fbg. Methinks it was the brioche bun wot dunnit @PenguinMum. Having skipped lunch, you were ravenous and it's all too easy to slip up when you're that hungry. Never mind, tomorrow's another day.Morning All. 8.6 (my highest ever) simply because I had my burger off the bbq in a brioche bun with low sugar ketchup last evening. Also lots of lettuce but didn’t minimise the damage! Bad choice and I was starving, missed lunch, not to be repeated. I am so reactive and so ashamed. Annual A1c in July so better pull my socks up. Well done everyone, have a good Monday.
Just round the corner.x8.8 this morning ....where are those 7's !
