What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

Hi everyone. I keep forgething to post. I got out of the habit last year after my op
Similar to @Bcgirl my numbers are consistently in the 5s, this morning no exception. 5.3 at 7:30

Had a good run in the 6's over last few days but increased to 7.3 this morning. Nothing of course to do with the chocolate last night before bed as I sort of hoped that the overnight lows would compensate for a brief lapse. Oh well at least I know there is no letting up on strict diet choices.

Morning All so 8.1 so not so good. Bloods later allowing myself one mug of tea with milk drizzle (how I like it) but fasting till early lunch. Fingers and toes crossed. Congrats to @NewbieHelp you did all the work we just cheer from the sides. Have a good Friday everyone.

It’s more than cheer from the sides… it’s support and encouragement and people taking time to explain things and answer questions…. I’m much more knowledgeable and aware of what I need to do to get to where I want to be … thanks to the members here x

Morning all 4.94 mmol/L at 8 am this morning. Happy Friday. Yesterday was an awesome sunny day. I was busy all day, which helped my fbg I think. Have a nice Friday everyone.
