5.3 at 0745 this morning. After a 4.8 at bedtime last night.
Newly diagnosed this week and waiting to find out what type - but likely type 2 so finding my way still
13.3 at bedtime 11.6 at 1am - tested because I woke up for wee, and just felt a bit odd, this morning at 7.15am it was 12.7
I seem to be sitting at around 13 first thing in the morning and bedtime has been anything from 13 - 17,
All suggestions welcome

not exactly the right sort of lunch, however wont be eating anything else.. Carbohydrate, 36.1 g won't eat all the pasty mostly the the middle with the custurd and berries then a small part of the pastry itself trick myself into thinking it will be a lot less carbs![]()
