What's your weight loss today/this week?

Keep it up Jeannemum. I found early on I pretty quickly hit a plateau and got stuck for around two weeks. In the end it started to drop. Hit another couple of plateaus later on as well. They are very frustrating but you just need to stick at it. Good when they do disappear as I find I then lose a lot over a short number of days.

Thanks xyzzy. I find out soon if my thyroid is working properly. That may be making a difference. Fingers crossed it does drop off quickly soon.

I'm 12 stone and would like to be the 10 stone I was 10 years ago when I felt well and full of life! :)
 
I have been busy with a new job so I stagnated for a while as I wasn't getting to the gym and was eating the wrong stuff as I was tired. Now the gym has changed scales, and they everyone heavier, but they say I'm at where I was 2 weeks ago meaning I lost about 2lbs. I am now getting used to my hours and starting to get back into weightloss big time. I have received many compliments and it feels great. The inspiration for me was a girl and I've had luck there too-4 stone gone so far, a new job a beautiful friend and also a great online friend here too so life is fantastic!

If i were 12 stone i would not put my name as being bigfatpaulie!!!!!! And 7lb loss in a week - well done mate!!!

I lost 2.5lbs this week - not bad especially since monday and yesterday i had a bit of my meltdowns and guess what i did - went on one of my binges of all the wrong stuff :( stupid emotions!!!
 
I was very good for the month leading up to my last HbA1c, but I've relaxed too much over the last 3 weeks. I finally got the courage to get on the sclaes this morning - 5lb on :( .

Totally my own fault - I know what carbohydrate does to me! And alcohol :oops: . So I'm back on track again now. I keep saying that I'm eating for my BGs, not weight loss, but a gain is always gloomy, especially when I know it's all my own fault. However BG was 4.8 this morning, so I'm doing something right somewhere!

That's now all in the past. Onwards and downwards! :wink:

Yippee!! I finally managed to get under 13st today (albeit only by 1lb but still under.)

It's only taken me from Christmas to Easter :roll:
 
That's fantastic Marina! That's because we were so good on Sunday and didn't splurge :D
 
Zilch this week but can't complain really.
 
At long last I've managed to get below 9 stone. This morning I weighed 8 st 13 lbs. I cut out the pitta breads I had been eating with my lunch and I think that did the trick - pesky carbs! Now I just need to lose 3 lbs and my total weight loss will be 5 stone and then that will be that I think.
 
Have lost a stone since Christmas by cutting down quantity of modified museli I have for breakfast.
