Worst thing is people are actually engaging with this rubbish.
Someone should tell @bulkbiker to give up the red meat & hit those bananas.
He's been doing it wrong all this time.

PS The fb group seems to be mainly people selling quack cures, but the one who set up the group recommends low carbing and Dr Fung. I suspect there is no moderation going on there.

As above, looks like this is a free for all site. There are some nice recipes on their with utter madness in between.

I knew I had a huge problem somewhere.. bye bye steak and hello lentils...;)

simple - you lose water in your body, so you weigh less. We all know weight is the problem - dont we. (tongue firmly in cheek)

I thought it was the food didn't taste as nice, so you didn't eat as much, so less carbs! (Tongue also firmly in cheek.)

Hmmmm, first thing to click on was this;

Emilee was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes (T1D) at two years old. Today, she’s an MD/MBA student at UMass Medical School, planning a career in the dermatology field. She appreciates the comprehensive team approach to diabetes care offered at the Diabetes freedom. She manages it well and credits her endocrinologist, diabetes educator and behavioral health psychologist, calling them the best providers she's ever had.Today she's free from Type 2 Diabetes.

If that's an indication of the rest of the content I don't think I'll go any further.

Sadly the tips picture looks like it is Diabetes UK house style with the turquoise tablecloth though I am aware they have rather strictly moderated social media so I am sure they are not running the group unless there's a massive DONATE HERE button all over it.....

Just had a read of that page.. there's some good advice amongst the dross but seems to be mostly people trying to sell something..

So glad I found this place first...

I've been telling you for nearly a decade that green vegetables are bad for you!
Yuk, yuk, super yuk!:angelic::depressed::wacky::banghead:

Not great for hypothyroidism either @Lamont D in fact what are they good for? Oh meat replacements, I guess?
I use multivitamins whether I eat or don't eat broccoli.
