Yes, someone one here posted about a burger press...must buy one, as mine always turn out a bit rubbish!
Dampen your hands and pat the burger ball into a nice round, then, the best thing to do is to put them in the fridge to firm up, sometimes I use 1/2 egg to bind, sometimes I don't. I add 1/2 of a finely chopped onion, mustard, salt, pepper, a dash or 2 or 3 of Worcester sauce and a spoonful of tomato paste or lower sugar tomato sauce. Edited to say, I add some mixed herbs too.
Just to add, I am gluten free, so no flour or flour substitutes.
I am hungry for a burger and fried onions now lol
