It has been 10.6 for the last 4 days. Today I took it after a 1 hour aqua aerobics session and hoped it would be lower.
Unfortunately not lower.

I have no idea where my post went this morning, it wasn't a good one anyway. Little sleep and very muggy night, so woke up to going back to work with an 8.7
BUT
After work and a 10 min cycle home in the wind I'm 3.9 Wondered if it was a blip with the machine, but I'll leave it at that as I feel fine and like the low number
