What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

Good morning,5.3 this morning,at last I'm in the 5s.
Trying out the wheelchair today.I appear to have a cracked rib from when I fell but the pain meds are helping.Iwas worried about the transfer from bed to chair, but remembered the technique from helping my son after his stroke so another problem sorted.
@Goacher55 Hope your meeting on Tuesday is a good one and you get good advice,You'll be in my thoughts, take care.G

Morning. 6.2 today

Going to try raw apple cider vinegar before breakfast, as suggested in another post to help with rising morning bg levels.

I tried ACV my first attempt was 1tbsp ACV 1Tbsp Lenin juice, 1 tbsp honey. In a mug with water. It had a weird taste but surprisingly I liked it. I try to have it first drink of the day then before each meal. I’ve tried it hot, cold and half and half. Thanks for the reminder I’m going back to it

I rated your post winner for getting down to the 5's but sending hugs for your pain. I am glad you have a wheel chair despite British Red Cross's un-helpfulness.

Morning all. 7.9 at 7.55am. Omitted taking Gliclazide last evening due to hypo symptoms as posted. Trial and error with these new beta blockers at the moment but at least my pulse is back in normal range. Swings and roundabouts! Sun is shining and gold finches and blue **** are in the garden.Spring is on its way!:joyful: Enjoy your weekend everyone.:)

Happy you are okay now. Take care.

Full blown tantrum this morning!. Yesterday's finger-wagging, being given a good talking to all to no avail as an almost identical figure this morning. Me and my BG woke with 8.9! To show how magnanimous I am, we're going for third time lucky, I'm going to give her one last chance to straighten herself out and then I'm disowning her.:mad::mad:

Morning 4.8 today. HbA1c came back at 31 yesterday, so very pleased!
@Goonergal I told you the HbA1c would be stellar. My fbg is 4.8 this morning as well so I am in good company - the opposite of Paul Rogers band (just a weird flashback to air guitar days @ Uni)

@Prem51 Elbow and Bad Company/Free. The more I read from you the more refined good taste you reveal - The North has mellowed since my Uni days.

Edit:
Back in the day most seemed to find it difficult to distinguish between first and thirst. (My wife grew up thinking The Thames was The North)
