What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

Not sure, the thread is called Dawn phenomenon -RAW apple cider vinegar. Some people have posted links to articles on it so might be worth investigating.
I drank it through a straw and rinsed afterwards as it can damage your teeth apparently as its so acidic.
sounds disgusting:wacky:

Morning. 6.2 today

Going to try raw apple cider vinegar before breakfast, as suggested in another post to help with rising morning bg levels.
@DJC3 I used to take that in water last thing at night for a while. Now have 1 tablespoon in a vinagrette every day. Just got a new 5 litre supply and would have made some myself but we sulphited the cider we made so it is no use. Definitely making some this autumn. All the information I read is very positive on health benefits of the stuff with the mother. You can make it yourself with some mother.

I used to have it in water but now as part of a salad dressing every day. Also appears in recipes for barbeque sauce which is amazing.

Having it in salad dressing sounds much more palatable, and wouldn’t be so bad for teeth, thanks for the tip.

Don’t think having it on an empty stomach this morning was a good idea ( cramps now and some strange noises!)

Edit:
Our butcher sells huge hand of pork for under £6 - feeds a family gathering with my 6ft 4 boys and tribes amazing with that barbeque sauce. You do need to add the liquid smoke though for the full effect

@DJC3 when I drank it I also had 28 gms cheese with it
