Weekly weigh in - Fridays

Still keeping my low weight steady, thankfully no more loss this week so that now i have had a few weeks at - bmi 20.1, kg 56.6, 8 stone 13pounds. Happy here - don’t want to drop any further. Now been on this way of eating a full 10 months - weight on starting this woe was 78kg or 12 stone five pounds bmi 27.9 - and it’s all been a downwards progress (with a few times of several weeks of getting used to a new set point and then going down again) and now I’m working on maintaining it at this level.
 
I hope I'm not talking too soon but.... I'm losing again. Thyroid and metformin is kicking in again @Freema . Looks like my thyroid is the key to my last cause of weight loss too. Only after weeks of tweeking it has it helped.
I'm back to chicken and eggs as stable to my diet too. Now I have the money to keep food in.
I have surgeon date now too. At last I'm going to get some health changing help. :) :) :)
Lost 6lb and back to 135.90kgs. Want to be 121.00kg before op.
Walking schedule in place for everyday but protected feet. Feet have been so sore and legs have been painful but not muscular. Slept loads yesterday but heat has been distressing.
Must use vit C more often for iron deficiency caused by lansoprozol.

Well done losers and triers. :)
 
Good Morening Fellow Scale crushers

At last the scales have taken on board my threat of a good mashing wif my crowbar, if they continued showing 14st 12lb on a Friday, when all the previous week showing 14st 8lb.
Therefore this morning 14st 8lb yippee. Violence or at least the threat of it always works.

Have a skinny week folks.
 
Just popping by to say that after 8 months of maintaining my weight I'm still happily keeping going :)

April 2017 I weighed 115.1kg - lost weight over 8 months to reach a goal weight if 68kg.

Today I weigh 63.9kg

Keep going - there is no end to this - but giving up is by far the worst option.
 
Good morning all. 12 stone 13 ( 82.1kg ) for me. Up 2lbs. Relaxed a bit too much this week. Snacked a bit too much during the games. Back on track this week. Have a good one.
