Technically, there will be 2. The extended one then returning grandson home and seeing new granddaughter who may have a name by now as she must be registered soon. Next weekend off to Southampton to see the other new baby girl and her half sister. T'is apparently the season for gatberings.

Lol. ...last year I was given a membership to a gym and thought I might get an early morning swim thing going... The pool was full at 6:30 . People somehow managing to chat while doing lengths, my swimming is not up to those standards . I only managed to go 3 times before giving up![/QUOTE]
 
4.9 - lower than expected as I had some leg cramps overnight
Planning some birthday treats today - low carb of course but maybe more than usual! Out for birthday Sunday lunch with family later.

Good morning everyone BG is 5.1 today which is very good. I think I might have a stomach bug today as I feel like I’m gonna be sick even though I haven’t eaten and also I’m freezing

@shelley262 Have a great birthday with family. Leg cramps are not nice - since I purchased the pads for freezing and the coolbag to keep them beside my bed I haven't had any:arghh:

Edit: I don't mean that combo has worked I just haven't had any cramps in the 2-3 months since I bought that combo

Good Morening Ladies and Gentlemen. Today their will be no spurious greetings apart from to those imaginative newspaper journalists whose motto seems to be, lies, more lies and lies based on statistics.

Today I was greeted with a surprising 7.6, but then Mrs J excelled herself with my evening dinner.

Well today folks somewhere or other it states on the seventh day he / she / it rested I wonder if I will allowed to do the same.

good morning all :)

4.3 today

cool and windy here by the sea today, entertainment provided yesterday evening by the folks on a small yacht moored off the beach who had a party and let off loads of fireworks :) very nice show against the darkening sky.
Hopefully the rain will keep off so I can take mum's dog for a walk after the Sunday meal. She (the little dog), is in disgrace with mr. gee at the moment because he took her out to the forest walk and she threw up on the car seat on the way home :sorry:
