Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

Think we all like to have some bad foods every now and then as a treat we’re only human after all

Such a busy week. I'm at a school reunion tonight. In my house! It seemed a good idea when I suggested it!!! I've come out of retirement to do this party. Said we were getting too old for it. But I'm feeling very happy at this point. It's coming together nicely. The last reunion 20 years ago was very flat in a local pub. This one wont be. You cant beat a house party. Got up at 7am to do a finger in the wind test. No wind so gazebo now up!!! Not sure for how long though! I haven't seen most of the girls for 40 years since leaving secondary school. It was an all girls school and we were taught by nuns. Strictly no boys allowed :-) apart from my hubby who is on hand for anything and everything. Could not have done it without him. I rope him into all sorts, but he loves it! Ordered hotpot, chilli, curry and rice! Crusty bread!!! Cheese board prepared (got my name all over it)!!! Desserts on offer (Not to me!) And plenty of nibbles. The music has been lovingly prepared over the past couple of weeks. Lots of golden oldies. The Nolans will be kicking us off. They come from the same town and went to our school! But older so not invited:-)

6.4 this morning, another day spent waddling indoors, so many windows in my house and I have to look out them all, ooh such fun even the cat has joined in. I used to wonder about myself but now I figure it's up to "others" to do the wondering, I just do the do and keep my wee world grinning.
