OK, look away now - total carb fest!
Breakfast - Hi-lo toast and butter
Lunch - Roast beef, yorkshire pudding, cabbage, carrots, roast potato, gravy. Two blackberry and almond martinis.
Above was our family meal we have at a really nice restaurant once a year, it's instead of buying birthday presents for each other. Actually doesn't look too bad now I've typed it, and seems to be under or around my carb limit. As I eat well under this most days I may just get away with it!!! Also, hardly ever drink

so this was a treat!
