Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

6.3 at 4:30 am.

Think the 5.2 at around 3.40 could have been accurate but seems very high for 2 days with probably 40 gms carbs combined. Perhaps less than 11 hr sleep combined so that may be a factor.

Oh don’t worry, I do. I lost my Nan last year and my Gran at 94 is increasingly failing. I’d do anything for her. Including eating carbs before I get her ready for bed.
