8.9 this Tuesday morning. All the junk food I ate yesterday.
Back to my strict lchf diet.

Hug in sympathy. I think testing has become destructive. According to my meter tea with almond milk now raises my bg to 7.4. Just madness all of a sudden. You seem to be enjoying perfect control compared to that

11.4 on waking then 12 two hours after a breakfast of Greek Yog, strawberrys/blueberries along with a 1000mg metformin and a 5sitagliptin! Meh!

Goodness that’s ridiculous! Hugs.
My so called perfect control is simply too much booze! It’ll shoot right back up now I’m home and not having afternoon gin&sodas. Already this morning was over 6 as yesterday was a dry day.
We could always try putting gin in tea rather than almond milk!
