I use an egg ring (for cooking round fried eggs) to make burgers with on the odd occasion we have them. Actually I'd forgotten about burgers, Mr C is very fond of lamb burgers made with lamb mince, garlic, cumin and chopped dried apricots so I think I'll put them on the menu for next week. Thanks for the reminder.
Change of WOE today (although still working my way through the very low carb / carb free dinners)
Breakfast: Grilled bacon and fried eggs
Lunch: Raspberries and Greek yoghurt, square of chocolate
Dinner: Kippers and scrambled eggs
Drinks: black decaff coffee, one mug of tea with skimmed milk (my favourite drink), still spring water and a cup of Tetley Sleep tea (smells and tastes - to me - weirdly like bananas although there's no banana in it)
