6.7 at 0610 (local time) , morning after 2nd Covid vaccination.

Semi-Sleepless night as injection site is in the opposite shoulder to my traditional ‘shoulder of sleeplessness’ , so no real way to get comfortable , that said I don’t feel particularly rough and may even go for a gentle run later this morning.

Yesterday’s run went well with a new furthest distance of 7.4K, so 10k doesn’t look impossible for May at the moment.

We had greek takeaway yesterday and I suspect the sauce had sugar in it. Also the swede fry, I ate a bit more.

Fasting today so all will be good am pretty sure of it.

Mine were in the double figures for awhile after having first vaccine but then I did have flu like symptoms so I assume my body was fighting something .
