Beautifully fluid. I like the blueFbg 6.6
Daily (digital) painting in Procreate.
Inspiration of colours and waterfalls again from Lui Haisu.
And yet again the dawn sky was liquid gold this morning...
And Popeye went on his adventures...

Brilliant @dunelmGood morning everyone from a very still and quiet start to the day here in the dark and dangerous north.
The wonder wheel of chicken salad came in at 5.2 this am
Back from our little house on the prairie, over the moors and onto the coast road. Stopped in at a small garden centre that we like - Mrs Miggins bought a blue pot and a couple of plants to put in it. Dressed crab for lunch in a pub. The girl in the bubble came by in the afternoon and decided to stay over - still asleep as I type. I expect that this will mean a visit to the park to chat with ducks and geese later - but not the herons - miserable lot those herons. Mr Pickle, our grandson, passed trials again and has another year representing out county footy team - under 14s.
Another block print inspired sketch - hope everyone has a smashing Sunday - I shall pretend it’s Wednesday - less people about. Time for koffy.

'Miaow' says Popeye @ianpspursGreetings to you all from a sullen skied, windy wholly unsummery West Suffolk. Forest Heath described this area far more accurately for me. Various signs still bear that name. I like the way the C of E gives structure to the year, Petertide just now. This and Michaelmas are two major ordination times. Anyhow, Swipey reckons 4.9 for my fbg but then it reckoned 3.2 at bedtime and 2.9 the previous night. My, isn't Popeye and adventurous cat @gennepher and for once I see what @dunelm means with "fluid". His own work is very detailed. Have a great day and spare a thought for the spouses of the trysters. Rich they may be but if you cut them they still bleed, horrible way to find out. Tinkety Tonk Old Fruits.
Good to hear from you and good that you are helping research. Take care and have a good day.Good morning all. fbs at 7am was 7.9. That's as good as it gets I'm afraid. Up early to carry out my Covid test to contribute to research. It had to be ready for collection by a courier by 8am! Enjoy your Sunday everyone.![]()
Thank you @gennepher

Comes to us all, Alf!Good Morening Ladies and Gentlemen.
A 4.6 this morning, hmmmmm, steam driven sliderule warmed up, antilog tables open, tea bag reading tea on the brew, all necessary to calculate my insulin dosage, give me quantum physma plasics everyday over calculating doses.
Yesterday climbing ladders, being shouted at " get down off that ladder you silly old fool, and other words ", 2 sessions of jelly babies to the rescue and a little thought perhaps I am not as strong as I thought. Today will be a day of rest.....I hope.
Have a great day all, remember the stays and stay out of camera shot if you are into politics.
Thanks@jjraak. Like many of us that have other conditions to contend with as well a diabetes -plus taking medications for each ( some of which I'm convinced raise blood sugar levels) it is a constant challenge deciding what best to eat. As you say we just have to keep trying. As to the research testing and follow up questionnaire I just think every little helps as they say. Best wishes.I sense a little disappointment in your post
When I feel like that, I take comfort that just by being aware and trying, I AM making a difference to my health
We don't all hit record lows, and that's ok, because under 5 I feel awful, so maybe that's my natural level, regardless.
And nice work on the Covid testing
Important now and going forward, to find out as much as possible about this awful disease.
Thank you![]()
Thank you@ ianpspurs. Carrying out a simple Covid test and completing a follow up questionnaire once in a while isn't much but every little helps as they say. Best wishes.Good to hear from you and good that you are helping research. Take care and have a good day.
Congratulations on all your hard work @SlimLizzy27.06
8.30am FBG 6.3
Its an exciting day, after literally years of work we are finally moving upstairs.
The ensuite shower still has no door, the hinges were not included in the pack and replacements won't be available until end of July. But MrSlim has managed to get the washbasin and toilet functioning. Shower has had to have a separate stop tap.
Cleaning windows and polishing the floor, then the major task of getting our bed up the twisty stone stairs.
