Particularly interested in how much is evolving around mental health and nutrition/gut health (wishing I could get a younger relative to cut carbs as a start)

@PenguinMum also check out yoga stretch called the pigeon, and don't be afraid to do it in public! Really helps and reduces pain so dignity can go out of the window. Anything to get rid of the pain. [[[Hugs]]]
I use about the same recipe but I add lots of chopped onion, some garlic and a chilli pepper as well. No salt, a flavourful mature cheese does the trick well enough for me.They are a firm favourite with us!
I sometimes add chopped cooked bacon in place of the tuna.

Breakfast: my usual low carb coconut ‘porridge’ with strawberries washed down with a black coffee.
Late morning: black coffee and a phd bar.
Skipped lunch.
Mid afternoon: black coffee and a carb killa bar.
Dinner: cheesy scrambled egg on Marmite on LC bread roll toasted followed by SF orange jelly and cream.
