Monday 26 December bed 7.5 FBG 7.3 Well, we've relapsed with this bug. Hubby's cough is exhausting him, I've overdone things yesterday (too long on my feet) and can barely walk, and we both have vertigo! Trying to persuade Hubby to get up and move slowly is a nightmare.
B. TAG and 3 LC crackers with a bit of port salut and a bit of Wensleydale with cranberries.
L. CC little chocolate pot
D. Neither of us wanted anything hot, so we had smoked salmon, prawns and Marie Rose, tomatoes, 1/2 avocado, and a boiled egg (both Hubby and mine were double yolk). LC Creme brulee with strawberries.
Lots of water. Vertigo was awful today.
Today, bed 6 1 FBG 6 2 - vertigo still there but not as bad as yesterday. I'm still trying to teach Hubby how to function and deal with it
B. TAG and LC crackers and cheese - port salut and Wensleydale with cranberries
L CC little chocolate pot
D. I managed to roast a duck yesterday, so I had some cold duck with cucumber. LC creme brulee
Lots of water. Finally, I managed to convince Hubby that vertigo is thanks to this bug we've had. Move slowly, no sudden head movements, and you're fine. It will go away.
