D Waitrose Valentines meal deal Salmon mousse with a slice of livlife and lettuce, steak, green veg medley, mushrooms and 2 chips! Half a very small pannacotta,too sweet, didn’t really need and a glass of shiraz. About 18 carbs. No spike anyway
