What was your fasting blood glucose? (full on chat)

Wow, a superb blue tree piece of art. Google storage - I think you have to log in on line every so often and delete things. If you have not used them before, I use a combination of terabox, Dropbox and even Canva - all have free storage and terabox has 1 TB on the free account.
Thank you for the compliment @dunelm
Right, I didn't know to do that.
I have dropbox but I didn't know if the other two, I certainly will investigate them now I know about them.
Thank you.

I was going to just say fantastic picture @gennepher ...well done.

But now you guys have got me 'looking' IN the picture.

And my overriding vision is it's the moment before Kirk & the away team transport down to planet blue .

So thanks , now I'm wondering who dies, what alien type hottie Kirk makes love to & what wiseness Spock imparts to us all over it

So that's my night ruined .....:hilarious:

Thank you @jjraak

I was already predisposed to like this very much as it was a sermon and The Donald said she was nasty - which means very honest and telling a few home truths. This is remarkably similar to so many Old Testament prophets letting a King/High Priest(s) know how far they were leading/had led God's chosen people from His word. Worth knowing exactly what the leader of the free world seems to find nasty, imho: I can't see anything nasty there, I can see a few uncomfortable home truths for myself which I think makes a good sermon.

It is a tad windy here.
Fallen oak trees across roads....

Google has me demented on what it has backed up when I always had back up photos in Google turned off...I even found it had been backing up photos somewhere since I had an iPad2, because of the date of the photos. Instantly in the Google photo app (which I opened up in the iPad because the pictures I was deleting was bigger than on my pixel 8 phone & it was easier to see) when that feature came on, and it was playing like a memory timeline of photos I had long ago completely deleted from the iPad. I was so surprised. So, I clicked on delete this, but not before I saved this first one which will be my creative for today. I think this one was done about 7 years ago. I think it was on Bristol board, with some vibrant Japanese paints...I quite like the vibrancy of it.

I clicked delete, because although I was tempted to look at them, I want to live in the present not going through thousands of pictures/photos etc from the past...and wanting to keep loads.

Take care.

Mind the falling trees.

Have your best kind of day...

I believe you need to go to Memory Alpha!
that is where you will find the answers.

Not as bad here @gennepher, for some reason, yes windy, but no rain. But that wind is cold.
It rained a lot yesterday.
Expecting worse.
Keep safe

6.9 this freaky frosty Freeas day.
Captains log. 25242. I think!

No, no, no!
Not going back there.
I thought I had developed a second one.
but now just a single track again, mucho relivio!

Mrs L some and was packing to go home.
But, I helped Mrs L to appreciate our home now.
back to the past, and a long list memory of what went before.
of course just a dream.

After babysitting yesterday, the big clean up, first thing.
found hidden toys, sweets etc where #8 ratbag had been hiding from us.
and Nanny had dropped some food on the floor.
no use moaning, cos no one listening.

A better day than of late. I have good energy and I'm not frustrated, but the day is not over yet!!!!!
Here's hoping!
Best wishes as always.
Onwards and kitchenwards.

Good morning on a whistle down the wind start to the day here in the dark and dangerous north. 5.4 this am. Currently, and in this location at least, the wind is not particularly strong and hopefully those of you on this thread in the NW, NI, Wales and in Scotland are ready for what may come your way. We did plan on hunting the Cranachan today in readiness for tomorrow when strangely slurred words will be spoken during the sacrificing of a freshly caught haggis to the sound of gargling cats and all present will swear that they are chieftains of the pudding race, downing a dram of whisky whether they like it or not. Strange practices learned from Mrs Miggins whose family hail from north of the wall where the Wildings live. Art bit - some where to place a fence. Hope that your day is in the now, I shall make koffy.
Love this painting @dunelm

it was heart breaking to see the face on Nigel.
There need to be permanent no smirking signs displayed around that man. Somewhere in all the verbosity there may well be a very, very vague approximation of veracity but his facial expression and voice mean that, for me at least, nothing ever goes beyond please, please, please make this stop immediately. That may be sinful but it is very honest and I mean him no harm. I just want him to live quietly well away from public life because I think that would be best for this country.
