What was your fasting blood glucose? (full on chat)

Visible app says I really need to take it easy, body is out of balance. My readings are out of range at the top end of the scale of this time. I checked the pulse reading with the oximeter, and the pulse rate was virtually the same. My body does feel out of sorts and normally I would say to myself man up and just get on with it and do the things you have to do.
I won't be doing that anymore, I am 75 years old and if I feel out of sorts that day whether the visible App agrees with me or not, I will have an easier day and anything else has to get put off till tomorrow...

Creative...playing with the black pen that turns puple when sprayed with a water mister... I did not do any extra drawing on it this time...

Good morning everyone on yet another sun shiney start to the day here in the dark and dangerous north.
6.1 this a.m.
Two new packs of pills to start today - those helpful ones that inform you what day it is. Unfortunately they both think that it’s Monday so I am ignoring the days and being whimsical about the whole thing.
Fun fact; it’s a 39 steps walk from where my pills are kept in drawer of doom to where I deposit them ready for consumption after my koffy. Not the original 39 steps - those are in Broadstairs and there are 78 but that number doesn’t read well for a book title so only half became famous.
Girl In The Bubble will be round about 10 and then she and Mrs Miggins are off to the swimming baths while I go for a walk in the sun. After lunch we are splodging paint onto paper.
Art bit - trees of course.
Hope the sun is shining appreciatively on your bones wherever you are. I shall make koffy and remind myself that even Alexander The Great was buried in the same ground as his mule driver - did you not get the memo Donald?

Yes, definitely the wise thing to do. Nothing is more important than your health.

I love your purple creative. Purple is my favourite colour.

I've been missing in action for a few days, battling really low mood due to issues at work. Hoping to get things sorted this week - they can't make reasonable adjustments and then just take them away!

Fbg was 8.4 this morning, and I've been in target (5.5 to 9.9) for the past 3 days! Think I've found the sweet spot for insulin dosage and timing.

I've been catching up and I'm loving all the art bits! Really wishing I had the time for creative pursuits...

I'm grateful for it being daylight for driving to and from work. Soon I'll be able to enjoy lighter evenings too.

Hope everyone has a calm and non-stressful day.

Sorry to hear about work issues for reasonable adjustments only to have them taken away. Can the union help in this?

It helps so much having brighter longer days!
