What have you eaten today? (Low carb forum)

Breakfast: my usual low carb coconut ‘porridge’ with strawberries washed down with a black coffee.
Late morning: black coffee and a carb killa bar.
Skipped lunch.
Mid afternoon: black coffee and another carb killa bar.
Dinner: carbonara made with low carb pasta with a sprinkling of grated mature cheddar.

Brunch: another seedy 90 second mug bread topped with melted cheese.
Dinner: DietDoctor recipe of Keto Swedish Meatballs ( very similar to the IKEA ones apparently) served with cauliflower and (rather past its best) broccoli. DGF salted caramel blondie.

Coffee and unsweetened almond milk x 2
Berries and sour cream
Smoked salmon
Small Mousakka

Cottage Cheese
Smoked salmon
Cottage cheese and tomatoes
Corned beef and tomato

Brunch kefir then scrambled eggs followed by a couple of hm LC lebkuchen . I made up a Panda Pantry lebkuchen mix this morning and dipped them in Montezuma chocolate 100% cocoa- they are delicious.

Popped some in the freezer as they are very tempting. @DJC3 thank you for tip 're Montezuma 100% chocolate sale. I've ordered some of the orange and almond flavoured bars on offer - after using my last plain absolute black bar on the lebkuchen.
Dinner pork chop, roast parsnip 'chips' , sprouts and mushroom sauce.

Followed by DGF low carb mince pie.
