@shelley262 I have you to thank for discovering sea bream, you seem to have it fairly often and it looks lovely. I’d never really considered it, but it’s really nice and an awful lot cheaper than other fish. Impressive home grown salad by the way!

Didn’t have breakfast but did a big batch of low carb baking with Panda flour: a seedy loaf, protein wraps ( made with silken tofu which gives a lovely light texture) and pumpkin spice muffins
Lunch was one of the wraps filled with ham, avocado, turmeric and ginger sauerkraut and salad leaves.
Dinner- cottage pie topped with cauli mash and cheese, sprouting broccoli then 1/2 a pumpkin spice muffin - they are quite big.

Which recipe do you use please @DJC3? They alllook lovely!

I hadn’t eaten a lot today as I was up a lot in the night with digestive issues caused by Ozempic!

I was craving bread so decided on a bacon sandwich! Well, demi baguette type thing. Had it with Philly and thick cut bacon and it was delicious!! I had a sugar free jelly for pud and 2 squares of 70 % dark chocolate.

I was really pleased as I checked my sugars 2 hrs after eating and had only gone from 7.3 to 9!

I love a good Panda flour baking session - I am doing some this weekend. Agree with you about the muffins half is enough. I was watching a few of the video recipes this evening they are very helpful.
@FreidaMercury if you follow the link it will take you to the Panda Pantry site which sells the low carb flour several of us use for bread, cakes and pastry.

Sorry about your digestive issues and lack of sleep. A bacon sandwich is great comfort food.

Breakfast kefir then mushrooms with poached egg on slice of hm LC toast
Enjoyable morning baking using Golden panda low carb bread flour. I usually do the high protein versions which use lots of egg whites but used his recipe with no egg in the roll recipe and just one in the seeded loaf. It uses bicarbonate of soda and Apple cider vinegar with yeast as the main raising agents and both worked really well.
