That's a good result. You could have something like that more often without worrying.

My blood sugars and HbA1c might be ok but my waist line would be another story if I ate like this more often!

Breakfast kefir then two high pork percentage chipolata sausages with scrambled eggs
Lunch LC seeded crackers and one slice of hm LC Christmas Cake with cheese
Dinner slow cooked beef and carrots

Followed by DGF chocolate brownie.

Usual brunch. Extra helping of nuts before evening meal, which was leftover beef from the roast simmered in beef juices from the roasting tin, with courgette aubergine, leeks and mushrooms. Usual 4 squares of Montezuma's.

Late morning: black coffee and a carb killa bar.
Skipped lunch.
Mid afternoon: black coffee and another carb killa bar.
Dinner: carbonara made with low carb pasta with a sprinkling of grated mature cheddar.

Brunch: another seedy 90 second mug bread topped with melted cheese.
Dinner: DietDoctor recipe of Keto Swedish Meatballs ( very similar to the IKEA ones apparently) served with cauliflower and (rather past its best) broccoli. DGF salted caramel blondie.

Have you seen Montezuma’s have a sale on AB currently- 5 bars for £15. I’ll probably stock up - the almond one is my favourite.

Today for lunch I had scrambled eggs on sourdough toast, and for dinner I had a haddock fillet, with mushrooms and mushy peas.

Brunch kefir then scrambled eggs followed by a couple of hm LC lebkuchen . I made up a Panda Pantry lebkuchen mix this morning and dipped them in Montezuma chocolate 100% cocoa- they are delicious.

Popped some in the freezer as they are very tempting. @DJC3 thank you for tip 're Montezuma 100% chocolate sale. I've ordered some of the orange and almond flavoured bars on offer - after using my last plain absolute black bar on the lebkuchen.
Dinner pork chop, roast parsnip 'chips' , sprouts and mushroom sauce.

Followed by DGF low carb mince pie.
