Usual brunch . Was a bit later as I had some intensive physio midday. Dinner was lamb chop with broccoli florets and cauliflower, followed by the usual 4 squares of Montezuma's.
Didn’t intend to have breakfast as I work Tues 10-3 however my village was completely cut off by snow this morning. Nothing could move so I had scrambled eggs on Lc toast and waited for the gritters to clear the roads.
Finally got there and had a packed lunch en route of tuna melt muffin and slice of Lc Christmas cake.
Dinner was pork stroganoff.
Breakfast: my usual low carb coconut ‘porridge’ with strawberries washed down with a black coffee
Late morning: black coffee and a carb killa bar.
Skipped lunch.
Mid afternoon: black coffee and another carb killa bar.
Dinner: chicken in creamy mushroom sauce with cauliflower, broccoli and carrots.
Breakfast kefir then bacon and egg
Lunch hm veggie soup served with a hm LC roll made this morning
Used Panda bread flour and their soft brioche roll recipe very quick mix and no proving but excellent and quick result.
Dinner low carb pasta in Bolognese served with cheese
Followed by a piece of hm lc lemon drizzle - also baked this morning.
Usual brunch. Extra bowl of nuts before dinner, as I had a hospital appointment long before evening mealtime, and came home hungry. Dinner was roast chicken, sprouts and broccoli spears. I even left some! Not like me at all, but maybe that's because I ate the nuts. One glass red wine, and usual chocolate.

2 tuna melt muffins and a slice of LC Christmas cake for lunch.
Dinner was a takeaway Chinese to celebrate a family birthday ( birthday boy was 68) I had crispy duck without the pancakes and made myself a quick stir fry to have with it. They had birthday cake, I had a h/m chocolate brownie.

Dinner: meatballs in tomato and mascapone sauce with cauliflower rice.
Brunch of leftovers from yeasterday's dinner, stir-fried, plus small container of nuts. Not enough food st had a top-up of nuts before dinner, then continental stew of leftover beef in beef gravy with leeks, green tomatoes, olives, and aubergine. 1 glass of red wine and the usual 4 squares of Montezuma's.
Yoghurt and M&S grain free granola for breakfast
Lunch was peppered smoked mackerel and salad with h/b egg and feta. Slice of L/c Christmas cake.
Dinner was pheasant tikka masala. Had it early in case of power cuts with the red weather warning. Pheasant, it turns out is good curried which is cheering news as we have a freezer full and my neighbour brought another brace round today.
@DJC3 hope storm force winds don't cause you to loose power later - sensible to cook early! My DIL went from home down the heads of the Valley road in Wales to the gym late this afternoon and hasn't managed to get back home - only a 20 mins drive but snow so bad and road has been closed! Luckily there is a Premier Inn by gym so she's ended back there and having a MacDonalds dinner. It's snowing heavily here too now atm.

Lunch hm LC soup and roll followed by hm LC coffee and walnut cake - made today also did another hm LC loaf for freezing
Dinner hm chilli followed by DGF chrimbo crumble.
No baking planned tomorrow been batch baking for a few days.
