Coffee and unsweetened almond milk x 3
Ham and coleslaw
Cheese
Cottage Cheese Tomatoes

Usual brunch. Dinner was roast beef with sprouts and cauliflower, one small glass of red wine and 4 squares of Montezuma's. Lots of cold roast beef for meals for the next couple of days!

Didn’t get much sleep last night because of the noise of the storm raging ( we lost power almost as soon as I finished posting @shelley262 ). It meant I had no food willpower today.
Breakfast was a couple of eggs
Mid morning slice of L/c Christmas cake
Lunch - cheese ( way too much) , nuts ( way too many), olives. L/c brownie.
Dinner - some of the new M&S minimal ingredients food range Heritage Gold Pork Sausages just 0.4g Carbs per 100g very good. 2fried eggs and some wilted spinach. Another slice of L/c Christmas cake.

No photos today but very like @DJC3 I lost sleep last night and there's no doubt it does impact my food quantity control too. Stayed mainly low carb but ate more than normal.
Breakfast kefir then bacon and egg on low carb toast
Lunch hm veggie soup and hm LC buttered roll followed by hm lc Christmas cake
Mid afternoon a piece of hm LC lemon drizzle cake
Dinner salmon, peas and a couple of air fryer cooked chips followed by DGF chocolate brownie and then two squares of 90% chocolate.

Breakfast: my usual low carb coconut ‘porridge’ with strawberries washed down with a black coffee.
Late morning: black coffee and a carb killa bar.
Skipped lunch.
Mid afternoon: black coffee and another carb killa bar.
Dinner: salmon and cream cheese on a low carb roll with coleslaw.

Odd breakfast of a packet of Lidl pancetta crisps used to dip/scoop m&S whipped soft cheese.
Lunch- 2 tuna muffins with h/m winter slaw. L/c brownie
Dinner- beef stew I found lurking at the bottom of the freezer, some wilted chard stirred through it. Last slice of L/c Christmas cake.

Brunch was a flaxseed 90second mug bread topped with cheese.
Mid aft Sunday roast- leg of hogget, roast celeriac and carrot, cauli cheese and rainbow chard ( which looks black in the photo for some reason). Meat juices instead of regular gravy.
DGF Crimbo Crumble.

Lunch hm LC roll filled with some left over Christmas Turkey (had been frozen) followed by a few squares of 100% Montezuma chocolate with Almonds - thank you @DJC3 I bought from their sale that you highlighted, also got a few bars with orange oil some of which I'm planning to add to a LC chocolate brownie I'm making in a few days.

Away for a few days so I’ll just post my dinner pics. This evening Chinese takeaway. I had chicken curry with prawn crackers, no rice or noodles as usual when I have Chinese.

Fruit for breakfast, homemade butternut squash for lunch with mixed seeds added and roast chicken and veg for tea. The veg include one potato and two small parsnips as I am just starting to shop for low carb. Still 7.3 before breakfast but 5.2 before dinner. I'm going to test 1.5 and 2 hours after dinner to see what level I get. Is there a page or website with low carb recopies anyone can recoomend?

Usual brunch, though I had the option of some cold beef. Allowed husband to have it in sandwiches. Dinner was pork rashers grilled to crispness, with broccoli spears and cauliflower. 1 small glass red wine - too small, so treated myself to a slosh of single malt - usual 4 squares of M ontezuma's

I'd recommend diet doctor as a great starting point especially for meal ideas and freshwell site
Lots more out there but these are great places to get started.
Welcome to our low carb eating thread looking forward to seeing how you get on.
