What have you eaten today? (Low carb forum)

Brunch was a cheese crusted omelet. (It sort of flopped out onto my plate so doesn’t look as lovely as it did in the pan)
Dinner was baked fish ( rock salmon) with leftover veg - sprouts and cauli cheese. Montezuma’s AB

Usual brunch plus half a tub of hummus. Going to stop the hummus as I fear putting on weight, and will substitute a dry cracker for the carb input required by the 'flozin. Dinner was pork rashers with broccoli and cauliflower, one glass red wine. Husband has forgotten chocolate again, so I am doing without because of the weight gain thing. There isn't much else I can cut back on. Maybe the wine, but the bottle is already open, and tomorrow will be the last glass.

Breakfast kefir then scrambled eggs
Went shopping and had fun low carb shopping in M and S including my first seed crackers and the tempting Valentine's deal. We had the starter for lunch today and no doubt the French cheeses 'dessert' will be lunch in a day or two. Also bought sirloin steak and side of asparagus and broccoli plus bottle of Cremant as part of the deal.

The salmon and king prawns in shells are only 0.9g carb each and are delicious. Had one for lunch with a couple of the new wonderful crackers
Dinner had Gammon with melted cheese served with cauliflower mash and mushrooms followed by hm LC chocolate brownie.

The salmon and prawn starter looks fab. I shall pop into M&S tomorrow if I can and hope they have some left. Thanks for sharing.

Brunch was the last of the egg bites with some salady stuff. 4 sq Montezuma’s.
Dinner should have been a pork chop from local farm but when I defrosted the pack it turned out to be one enormous chop ( 700g) not two. Paul decided he was up to the task so he had that and I defrosted a butter chicken curry for me and we both had green beans too. Another 4 sq Montezuma’s.
