Travelled home today so breakfast was clearing out the hotel room fridge: few sq hard cheese and a couple of little salami style sausages. A DGF peanut butter chocolate egg which I thought might melt in my bag otherwise. This gave me a stark reminder to the ‘don’t eat pudding for breakfast’ mantra as my BG went up to 8.1 and stayed there 2hr!
Lunch slices of beef and Gouda bought in Motorway M&S
Dinner: defrosted what turned out to be pheasant curry ( not labelled tut tut) Tenderstem broccoli. Handful of 100% choc buttons.

Usual brunch. Usual teatime 2 dry crackers and piece of goat cheese. Dinner was a pork chop so big I think it came from a porkosaurus, cauliflower, broccoli and a carrot, followed by some - 4 squares of - Monte's

Breakfast: my usual low carb coconut ‘porridge’ with strawberries washed down with a black coffee.
Late morning: black coffee and a carb killa bar.
Skipped lunch.
Mid afternoon: black coffee and another carb killa bar.
Dinner: chive and herb cream cheese and cucumber on a low carb roll with coleslaw.

Couple of black coffees until brunch of beef slices with cottage cheese. DGF Crimbo Crumble.
Dinner was venison leg steak with mushrooms and stir fried veg followed by another DGF Crimbo Crumble, this time with cream.

Breakfast: M&S seedy crackers with cottage cheese
Late lunch- Slow roast belly pork ( with crackling) cauli cheese, Tenderstem broccoli and creamy Parmesan cabbage ( a recipe I found on the forum years ago - ‘Dave’s creamy Parmesan cabbage’ I think it was called. It’s very good)

Lunch: used up the last of the pigs in blankets and made an onion gravy with green beans, carrots & sautéed potatoes
Dinner (well snack, really): cinnamon chia pudding & almonds in dark chocolate

Spent the day in London visiting my daughter. Dinner was at a steak restaurant, not the Flat Iron @DJC3 , but very nice all the same.

Been away for a few days in a very foggy Wales! Managed to stay mainly low carb including a wonderful Welsh lamb roast with Swede mash, broccoli and cauliflower cheese.
Today travelling so limited options
Breakfast early before leaving Greek yoghurt with a few berries
Lunch shared a Morrison's meal deal as husband wanted a sandwich so bought a meal deal as snacks included a pot of 2 boiled eggs - perfect for my lunch and a bottle of water. I also had a few mixed nuts.
Dinner chicken and asparagus wrapped in prosciutto served with salad and avocado mayo followed by hm LC lemon drizzle.

Usual brunch. Teatime 2 dry crackers and an itsy piece of goat cheese. Dinner was roast chicken with sprouts, cauliflower and broccoli with one carrot, and I am about to whine about the non-appearance of Monte's

Leftover birthday food, very nice!
Fresh cockles (cooked yesterday, fried in garlic butter today) with wakame mixed in on my plate and some extra garlic butter added on top, and onion soup with lots of cheese.

Happy belated birthday @Antje77 I had to look up wakame, I’ve never come across that. I’d imagine it would pair well with the cockles.

Today I had a small bit of cheddar and a handful of walnuts for breakfast.
Packed lunch of cheese&ham l/c roll followed by 4 sq Montezuma’s. ( Hope you can replenish your stocks soon @Outlier )
Mid aft feeling glum, so ate a DGF brownie which happily had just arrived.
Dinner- deconstructed cottage pie ( mince and cheesy cauli mash) with broccoli. Another DGF chocolate brownie. Only 1.6g carbs though so won’t have had too much effect.

Lunch one slice of hm LC bread with cheese and a few nuts followed by slice of hm LC fruit loaf
Dinner cheeseburger on a hm LC cheesy protein roll with salad

Followed by a piece of my hm LC spicy rhubarb cake.

Lunch was scrambled eggs on small sourdough toast. I'm not quite sure why it "spikes" so high, up to 8.6. Maybe because it's quite dense. And for dinner I had a home made chicken Jalfrezi, with some Basmati rice fried with onions, mushrooms and green beans. I posted a picture because it was very nice.
