Beef, baby potatoes, carrots, squash, and roasted zucchini. That’s what I ate last night at 10; now it’s 8 in the morning, and I’m having the leftovers for breakfast. I don’t have a fixed eating schedule.

Breakfast - 1 piece goat cheese 2 crackers with hummus. Usual lunch. Dinner was egg mayonnaise with a huge green herby salad, followed by 4 squares of Monte's.

Interestingly yes it is the full fat version is 2.4g carbs per 100 and the lighter version is 1.3. It's definitely slightly sharper in taste but I prefer it and I'm enjoying having it with low carb granola.

That is interesting and strange. I should have learnt by now to always check. I’ll have to swap then - every carb counts!

Ham and coleslaw
Yogurt and raspberries
Cheese Tomatoes
Raspberries and cream

Didn’t have breakfast as I was out at a bbq lunchtime. Took my own roll and had a burger from a good local butcher. Must have contained rusk or some sort of cereal though as BG went over 8
Dinner was a https://www.dietdoctor.com/low-carb/foods recipe Keto Asian Cabbage Stir fry. Looks boring but is very flavoursome and the wasabi mayo it’s served with is quite addictive.

Hosted a friend's birthday lunch today and had leftovers for dinner. Same food both meals:
Piece of hm LC summer quiche, garden salad, garden tomatoes with basil in an ACV and olive oil dressing, hummus with sticks of red pepper and celery to dip in and some cheeses. A few garden raspberries with some 0% fat yoghurt.
Been away for a few days and a few meals out definitely produced bigger blood glucose rises than expected for example lamb steaks were delicious but think they must have been marinated in some sugar or honey as Dexcom said 9.8 after eating and then came crashing down four hours later to 4.2. Butchers burger and sausages in bbq very tasty but also a rise to 9.6 so again some hidden carbs there! Very enjoyable though and sometimes you just have to go with the flow.

B- boiled eggs and LC buttered toast.
L- Ham and cheese salad LC roll. 2 strawberries.
D- Barnsley chop, green beans and cabbage. Raspberries and Greek yoghurt. Small glass dry white wine.

Birthday yesterday so didn’t get around to posting. Hubby was working so spent the day with a good (type2/low carb) friend. We went out for lunch - first pic, then she cooked me a spicy chicken dish with broccoli for dinner.

Today’s food:
Breakfast: Chocolate Surreal with strawberries and coconut milk washed down with a black coffee.
Late morning: black coffee and a carb killa bar.
Skipped lunch.
Mid afternoon: birthday treat with hubby, cappuccino with a small sultana scone with cream and jam! Sorry not LC but blood sugar peaked out at 8.5 then rapidly dropped back to 5.4 at the 2 hour mark, so got away with that one!
Dinner: not very hungry so cheese and pickle on two small slices of low carb toast.
