I'm loving reading these meal descriptions as I am just newly diagnosed and still looking for ideas!
B: 2 rashers of smoked bacon , grilled in the George Foreman, and an egg fried in 1-Cal, with 2 small slices of Allinson's.
S: Satsuma
I'M not sure if the breakfast combo is meant to be eaten every day (used to just keep it for a Sunday) but so far I am loving it!
@MaryCanary I eat eggs just about daily. That may or may not include sausage or bacon, but ALWAYS butter. I only ate one egg this morning, because my greedy children made it to the pan for seconds, before I made it there the first time and Mr. Vintage didn't make enough. I usually eat 3 eggs, if eating them alone or two eggs, if eating with something (bacon/ham/sausage).
My day goes much better if I eat a solid breakfast and I have the most success with eggs.
