    Using nova actrapid 20 unit per meal but GL is high

    I am taking 20 units of nova actrapid 20 units before every meal + 20 units of tresiba in morning and 10 units of tresiba before bed. But my GL is not in control. Today i test my Glucose level before lunch was 412 and after lunch it was 419 ( I took 20 unit of actrapid before lunch). Need help.
