Id like to try to lose 50 pounds by March. So basically in 6 months.
Starting weight of 252. So maybe weigh 200 in March?

I really wanna get off my meds..
But likely not off the BP ones.
As I was very active and a good weight as a teen when I had to start BP meds. But maybe the insulin.
If I can and remember I will come back and post results along the way.

Hi @cdpm there is a "weigh yourself on Friday" thread for encouragement (and commiserations) for people who want to lose, gain or maintain their weight

You'll need to move to the end of the thread as it has over 300 pages!

Ok thanks

477 calories in my lentil soup I had. It was very filling. Not hungry which is a miracle.
Not trying to starve myself.
I'm just working with many limitations and I expect to increase the calories as time goes by.

Well it's going well. Too early do a weight yet.
Pretty hungry but always am even if I eat a lot of food.
When I used to binge I was still never full.
It's going to very hard but I still want to see what can happen.

Soooooo off to a bad start?
252 to 254.
I don't want to blame daily fluctuations we all get in weight because it sounds like an excuse but I guess that's what it is.

I'm still not tolerating most of my foods. I just haven't decided what I will do yet. Eating has become a horrible experience.

Keep it up. If your calorie deficit is correctly calculated, then the progress will eventually come.
If you started exercising, then it might be muscles, which weigh more than subcutaneous fat. Good luck
