Average b/ s over past 7 days 5.9 (normally between 6.9 & 7.2)
Last 24 hours average 5.2
Not a clue why, but not going to complain
Really cold here today so don’t think there’s going to be much outdoor activity
Enjoy your day
Wow .. amazing!! Great going :):)

Good workout, pleased your muscles aren’t as sore with the reduced statins, hope your mouth is feeling better too
1st lot of chairs all painted now & starting on the table today,
Really pleased with b/ S between 4.3 & 6.9 all day yesterday, tomorrow when I go for pt will be the real test
Going for a bike ride later if the wind drops
Enjoy what’s left of the weekend

It was my birthday yesterday, 54. Nice day hanging with my daughter, good birthday lunch at a Turkish restaurant with lots of healthy choices, and some unhealthier ones for the kiddo. No workout, nice evening watching movies with the kiddo at home.

Wow, great FBG with 2 meals & no exercise you’ve really got this sorted
Bike ride yesterday was not nice 16mph winds, hands were so cold when I got home I couldn’t undo the clasp on my helmet, legs could have gone so much further but hands were going numb with cold
Pt this morning at 8am
Son back at work this morning after his holiday (got food poisoning on 1st day there & couldn’t do anything, who goes on an all inclusive holiday & comes back weighing less than when they went?
Hope you’ve had a great birthday weekend
Enjoy your day

Wow! You are killing this! Good luck with the PT and BG levels. Fingers crossed. You'll find something that works, different time for doing the weights, or doing it fasted .. or a light bike ride afterwards. Anything useful on that T1 guy's You Ttube channel?

Pleased to see your FBG back in the 5’s
Great workout
After gym yesterday 9.4, an hour after shake & breakfast 4.2
Then played nice between 4.7 & 6.5 for rest of the day, felt a lot better even when it was lower
Going to gym again tomorrow & going to try having breakfast first & protein shake after
Libre says I’ve been in range 99% of the time in the last week (4.8-8.8) never managed to get more than 90% before so something has definitely changed
Weirdly it seems like having a few carbs in the morning & at lunch actually reduces blood sugar
Watched that video, very informative, saying about being obsessed with keeping blood sugar in range without big rises & falls & to exercise, can do the exercise part it’s the rises & falls I struggle with
Peleton before work this morning
Enjoy your day

Very busy day yesterday with the kiddo, our last day together this half term, so I didn't get to workout until 1 AM. So, I kept it quick and easy and not too intense. Glad I got it done even though I didn't feel like it at first.

Your FBGs are incredible right now. Fantastic going!! Great discipline on the diet and the exercise. Sounds like those arms took a hammering in the last session :):)
