B: Huel black banana + cocoa powder + PB
L: Huel black vanilla + cocoa powder + PB + choc protein powder
Afternoon Snack: Choc protein pudding
D: Thai green curry with tuna and veggies, Choc protein pudding


Yesterday's Activity:
Walking:
Steps: ~12000

Workout:
4 times around mini circuit below with a pair of 16 kg kettlebells
a. 10 x double snatch
b. 10 x double clean and press
c. 10 x dpuble clean

Then
4 x 20 single leg Romanian deadlift with 20kg kettlebell
4 x 25 superman

Call them again tomorrow mate. I really feel for you. Make it like something matter of fact you're chasing up at work, pop a reminder in the diary to call everyday until you get a response. You just know they're going have no idea just based on you name and DoB if they're this badly organised, so keep details of when and where you went for the tests close to hand at your desk so they have no excuses for ending the call without some kind of result. Even if that result means admitting their system is broken.

It's rainy and wet here today .. really wanted to get out to the park at lunchtime and get on the bike and maybe do some calisthenics outside. Will have to wait another month or so I think.

Yes, I think you have a good approach to the blood results. Treat it lie a mundane work thing that you have to check on everyday .. but don't stress. Hope your BG levels behave today.

I love chocolate .. I could eat tons of the stuff! Thankfully the diet protein powders I use are all low in sugar and fat, so whem combined with Greek yoghurt, nuts and berries it is actually really healthy. Just seems bizarre as it is so chocolatey! Not quite as good as the real thing but really not far off. Body composition is looking really good at the moment. I'll check on my liver function results next week. If they come back any earlier and there are any issues the GP will be in touch themselvves for a follow up.

Daughter is loving scouts. The kids there are really friendly too. Tying knots yesterday, she loved it LOL. I never would've predicted that.

It does look like peace talks are making progress. They should've started with those rather than killing people :(
I am very cynical though and I don't believe every power in this world wants it to come to an end.
And that I think is all I want to say about it. I can't believe the games superpowers play with people's lives. I'm not someone with much faith in human nature, but we all got played here, there was more going on than the view we were being fed, whether we live west of Ukraine or east of it. Me no happy! But happy to be alive and will be happier to see war ending. Not sure the world will survive such another debacle. Just when we should be more collaborative with each other we have firmly reset the dividing lines and split the world, and it is not to our benefit in Europe or the rest of the world to have done so in my opinion. Let's hope that we don't mess this chance for peace up. Hoping we learn from it seems to be asking too much. The leaders have played their roles and are never going to pull back the green curtain and show what is really going on behind the scenes. They act like this is a movie with pure good on one side and pure evil on the other. This isn't Lord of the Rings, it is the real world and I'd like some news and journalism to reflect that at a time like this. But I'll settle for people not dying. I am full of the joys of spring eh? LOL

Amazing what difference having that slow release protein shake at night does, really struggled with an increase in weight on bench press, gone from 5 reps to 12 to 3x12 yesterday (in 2 weeks) & could have gone heavier & seated rows up to 35kg (doesn’t sound a lot but relative to weight)
Rest day today so just a walk & gardening

WOW! That's fantastic. Amazing progress. Well earned! So good for us all being stronger and adding some muscle. It's like armour against bad health and injury.

Tired today, took her to one of her school friend's birthday party's last nigh. Roller disco at a big leisure centre in Solihull. Bit of a drive but it was great. She loved it .. will be tired and aching today I think. I sense a lot of art work and Pokémon today LOL

4 x 25 press ups (5 super slow followed by 20 as fast as possible)
4 x 50 squats
4 x 25 crunches

Really surprised by the good FBG as I went to bed straight after a late dinner. A few months ago that would've meant a crazy high FBG in the morning.
