Well done! You are doing amazing! Losing so much weight must make you feel like a new man. Truly an inspiration!
Do you want to lose any more weight or are you now done?
Wonder what the NHS dinosaurs would say about your success vs their healthy plate diet....another LCHF success story xxxx

Well done @KevinPotts - fabulous results!
One thing though - there's a MASSIVE thing missing from today's picture - your big beaming smile! Let's see another pic with a smile!

Congratulations Kevin.
Its always beautiful seeing the results of hard work.
Nothing is worth having unless you've had to earn it?
Would you do it again, IF you had too? lol sorry couldnt resist!
Was it really really hard?

Kev - you look as fit as a butcher's dog!
Congratulations - I'm more than impressed with your results!
I think it's probably the only time we could ever say "You're just half the man you used to be" and mean it as as sincere compliment!

Ha found the timeline! Well done Kevin. Brilliant results and you have been very inspirational for me over the last few weeks. Thanks for sharing all your info and answering questions you have really helped me. I still have a long way to go 4 stone to be exact. But I am feeling hopeful I can do this.
All the best,
Debbie
Well done from me, mate, having experience the prolonged fasting myself, I do believe you about it being easier and achievable without problems, as such.
I would take the advice of starting with relatively smallish meals and ease back into eating and drinking again!
If you have lost your appetite, don't force food into you.
You would be surprised how little we actually need to be fit and healthy!
Hope your hba1c is good mate, it should be!
Enjoy your steak!
