Hello
I joined the forums yesterday as I'm trying to educate myself regarding Type 2 and how best to manage it. To be perfectly honest, I have been T2 for several years but have tended to ignore it for the most part, but a recent blood result has shocked me into taking it more seriously. Not sure of the exact name of the test - it measures your long term blood sugar levels - but the target reading is 48% and mine is 96%!
I am the ultimate carbaholic, and I see this as potentially being my biggest challenge in managing the condition.
