@azure, tried eating, not eating, lucozade, protein .... The list goes on. Nothing stops my DP. My liver thinks I'm being chased by bears and tigers 30 minutes after my first cuppa.
The only thing I know is that it will happen. The extent and the length changes every day depending on what is planned, exercise the day before, the amount of protein the say before (best to do moderate protein but I love a roast on a Sunday, low carb though).
If I was to eat biscuits for breakfast it would just make the morning a nightmare.
