5.8 again today. It's taken me over 4 years to get my fasting readings in the normal range :)

    5.7 at 5:30 am.

I have been out to Bundaberg Port early this morning and got some seafood for easter. Prawns and fish are cheaper off of trawlers than the fish places in town.

    Same to you Ian.

You have to get in early for cheaper seafood this time of year, there was a stream of cars going out there as well me at 4:00 am who had the same idea.

7.1 this morning. This is improving. I am also on steroids which do not do anything for BG levels

I do not know if it's that mate, but every one is after a fair price for their product including the trawler operators. So the customer gets a good deal with out the greedy middleman jacking up the price of stuff.

Not long been diagnosed. 3 weeks in , started off getting readings of 10 week 1 . 8 week 2 now hovering around 7 to 7.5 not sure if that’s good or not yet. I think 6 is the target ?

For a start try to aim for below 7.O. 6.O is the cut off for normal.

Only 6.1 after being so silly . Had about five chocolates and a little rabbit - after I had eaten I felt quite ill so it must have been “a sugar shock”

DN said I should have some whole grain bread so broke away from LCHF for a few days just to see what happens - all that chocolate is just because of Easter - usually no added sugar at all.

    Happy Easter. Regards peter
