Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

    In 9s again. I've stopped metformin so it must be that. Had to stop til body can replace nutrients and repair my muscles/organs and settle my ibs.
    I might return onto one or two tablets, a day. We'll see.
    Ironically I'm losing weight again. Maybe my body was holding onto everything, even fat. Although I can move in my chair now and do a little walking til I'm exhausted. Still taking iron tablets.

    Had a couple of glasses of wine and some salted peanuts last night after a stressful day with my father in law!!! So this is a reflection I'm thinking as it has been much lower this week. But it's still good.

    6.0 at 12:00 slept sooo much ... now will be knitting all day hopefully finish this sweater today or tomorrow... had a few eater sharps yesterday and far too many carbs(liquorice mostly)
