I had no food in house so ate 2 slices shop bought pizza, was still ravenous and ate 50g of 70% dark chocolate
And didn't take my metformin

4.2 this morning so pleased but can't take my insulin till after I go to aqua aerobics as it's gone from 14 to 2.8 recently after the aqua class it's amazing but can't do it every day my fasting morning ones have been 7-8 or even 10 so this morning I was very pleased aqua aerobics is the way forward burns sugar like no other exercise I've done Denise

That’s interesting - Ive been thinking of going to an aqua class, good fun too I expect.
