Happy Saturday to everyone, mixed bag here weather wise and numbers.
Woke to dry and calmer conditions, then the heavens opened and there were some claps of thunder, now we have a little bit of blue sky trying to peep through.
After a very good day yesterday, especially low carb evening meal and nothing after or before bed I woke to a 6.5 had a coffee, shower, did a bit of housework and 2 and a half hrs later 6.4 hopefully now I’ve eaten something this will improve.

Yes, but with 2 separate years of just metformin as well. My GP only allows me to have metformin when my BGs are 49 or above...grrr
