    I was 5.6 this morning. Ate 2 roast potatoes that had been roasted frozen and then reheated last night so seemed to work for me. Have a good day everyone. Had my retinopathy test on Tuesday and this year, the first year since diagnosis there was no BDR. Well pleased.
